Little squares and gardens of Malá strana
Come together to discover flowering gardens, mysterious corners of narrow streets and Prague's Venice. So, do you want to go to the Malá strana - the Lesser Town? :-)
Perhaps the most interesting part of historical Prague is Malá strana. We will meet at the entrance to the Valdštejnská zahrada (Vallenstein Garden) near the Malostranská metro station, and together we will discover flowering gardens, mysterious corners of narrow streets and the so-called Venice of Prague. All these places are full of history, legends and interesting stories. If you want to know why Polyxena from Lobkovice donated the statue of the Baby Jesus to the Carmelites, why the arm of the Vltava is called Čertovka or why Albrecht of Wallenstein decorated the wall of the garden with a monster face, come with us to Malá Strana.
